The patient receives notification that assessments/measures must be registered and they can self-register/answer these assessments on their own with their own equipment. Assessments that are submitted are immediately scored and made available to healthcare personnel for further decision-making support

Immediately after an assessment/measure has been registered as submitted in the solution, our solution will create one or more clinical reports based on the submitted assessment. The reports show both data from the latest submission and previous submissions in the form of graphical trends. For more complicated assessment systems where there are many assessments involved in the process, users can create "cross information reports" that retrieve data from several assessments in the treatment to create a joint complete overview of all collected data.

This dashbord uses the logged-in clinician user as scope for the accumulated data set. Several variants of dashboards can be configured, adapted, for example to; different treatment types. This dashboard may give the logged-in clinician an overview of how key values are accumulated for patients they have access to. This data can also be compared to the same values for all patients in the clininc. Such presentations will let the logged-in clinician see trends for their own patients, or see how they as a clinician are performing compared to the rest of the clinic.

The solution supports export of all registered data, so they can be processed in other tools or transferred for example; to research servers or quality registers. Data can be de-identified when exported. We also offer a built-in export template tool that makes it possible to export defined columns with labels etc. for use directly in SPSS or other statistical tools. This is a valuable tool for research projects, for example, where users can avoid a lot of time post-processing cleaning data.

With plans, you get access to a flexible and powerful modeling tool where the solution is adapted to the clinical workstream and the patient's needs. Plans are designed with a user-friendly graphic design tool where users take the desired form and content and add sequence, context, rules, time and algorithms so that you can design a complete process. This process becomes the "engine" in the digital health service offered. With the help of plans, many operations that were previously manual can be automated. At the same time ensuring that all patients are offered the same process.
